Important Health Update For Travellers Entering Bali

Here’s an important health update for those planning a trip to Bali.

Travellers coming Indonesia will now need to fill out a health declaration form before they can enter Bali or any other region within Indonesia.

The new requirement was announced by the Indonesian government at the end of August 2024 to mitigate and curb the spread of MPOX following the WHO announcement on August 14.

The health declaration application is called the SATUSEHAT Health Pass and is easily accessible by scanning a QR code upon your arrival at the Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport.

How To Fill Out The SATUSEHAT Health Pass:

1. Upon your arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, exit your gate and you’ll find yourself at the Arrival Hall.
2. There will be standing banners available with large QR Codes ready to be scanned.
3. Open the Google Lens app on your phone and scan the QR Code on the banners.
4. Click the link that appears.
5. Simply fill out the form according to the required fields and you’re done.
6. Screenshot the final page and show it to the official manning the gate.
7. Then you’re free to proceed to the Visa on Arrival counter or onwards to Immigration.
