What is a Multiple Entry Business Visa?

The Multiple Entry Business Visa (Visa 212) allows for multiple entries into Indonesia over one year. Each stay can be up to 60 days per visit. This visa is specifically designed for non-working business activities, including conferences, business meetings, and negotiations.

Important: This visa does not permit gainful employment in Indonesia. If employment is required, a KITAS and a Work Permit (IMTA) are necessary.

What Are the Requirements for the Multiple Entry Business Visa?

From the Applicant

Passport valid for at least 18 months from entry date
Color copy of passport ID page
Flight ticket or travel itinerary
Bank statement for the last 3 months
Two recent passport-size photos (6×4 cm) with a red background

From the Sponsor

Sponsorship letter from a registered Indonesian company in Bali
Authorized employee’s KTP (Indonesian ID Card)
Company registration (TDP), tax card (NPWP), and business license (SIUP)
Note: The sponsoring company and the authorized employee must be Bali-registered

Telex Visa: The telex visa is sent to your selected Indonesian embassy.

Don't have a sponsor?

If you need a sponsor, we can provide one for you, including a sponsorship letter and a copy of the sponsor’s KTP (Indonesian ID card) to support your application at any overseas Indonesian embassy.
