All Indonesia: New Digital Arrival Platform for Bali Travellers

Entering Bali and Indonesia now is so much easier with the new All Indonesia digital arrival platform.

Combining Indonesia’s Immigration Arrival Card, Customs Declaration and Health Declaration forms into one easy-to-use digital space, the new single digital platform replaces the need for separate online forms (such as the SATUSEHAT and e-CD forms), simplifying the arrival process while reducing paperwork with QR code presentation.

Use of the digital platform will begin in phases, starting from September 1, 2025 in Bali, Jakarta and Surabaya. Other major international airports are expected to follow suit starting from 1 October 2025.

What Is The All Indonesia Digital Platform?

The new All Indonesia digital portal is a collaborative initiative by the Indonesian Immigration, Customs, and Ministry of Health to streamline entry procedures into the country.

The platform is free to use, allowing travellers to easily complete a personal information form, provide travel details, and submit health and customs declarations—all before submitting their entry application.

Upon submission, travellers will receive a QR code to present upon arrival at the destination airport. It’s important to note that the form must be completed within three days of arrival and before applying for the e-Visa on Arrival (e-VOA). KITAS and KITAP holders will also need to include their permit numbers. Group registration is available for those travelling together.

For airports not yet integrated into the system, travellers will still be required to complete the manual Arrival Card and electronic Customs Declaration.

The All Indonesia platform is accessible via both the official website and mobile app, available for download on iOS and Android.

Important Points To Note

It’s Free: Please note that the All Indonesia platform is entirely free to use. Exercise caution when encountering websites or platforms that may request payment under false pretences.

Use Official Channels: Access the government portal at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or download the official app.

Plan Ahead: Ensure that all required declarations are submitted within three days prior to your arrival in Indonesia.

Phased Implementation: The All Indonesia platform will be launched in phases, beginning on 1st September 2025 in Bali, Jakarta, and Surabaya. Additional major airports, including Komodo, Makassar, Manado, Medan, and Sumatra, will be integrated starting 1st October 2025.

Visa Requirements Remain: The All Indonesia declaration does not substitute for the necessary visa requirements. Travellers are still required to obtain the appropriate visa for their intended stay in Bali and Indonesia, in accordance with the duration of their visit.
